The establishment of golf courses should be customer positioning first. Starting from skill stage, social purpose, child training, adult-only, competition-only, etc. Redesign the difficulty level of the course, the course decoration, the course layout, etc. For example, my current main product is the golf rangefinder, which is currently used by less than 10% of American golfers.
